Croatia
Croatia is home to some of the most beautiful islands in the world. From Mljet and Hvar to Krk and Korčula, the islands scattered along the Dalmatian coast create the perfect natural routes for a gulet holiday in Croatia.
Be it with a new and modern luxury boutique cruise or with an authentic vintage wooden boat, a gulet cruise Croatia is the ultimate way to experience a Croatia holiday. Swim in the blue seas of Adriatic, soak up the sun, simply spend the day relaxing and visit stunning medieval towns of Croatia in the afternoon. Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Zadar and the breath taking Zlatni Rat Beach are just some of the highlights you’ll see on a Croatian holiday cruise.
Dubrovnik once was described as “heaven on earth” by the famous writer George Bernard Shaw. Walking along the streets of this gorgeous medieval Croatian town takes you on a journey through time. For spectacular views of the old town Srđ mountain is the best place, which you can reach via a cable car. We recommend a walk through Stradun and on the famous city walls. Dubrovnik is one of the 10 best preserved medieval walled cities in the world.
Split
Split is the second largest city of Croatia but also one of the oldest, dating back to 1700 years ago. That long history makes Split a spectacular city full of history and architectural monuments. The most famous of those is the Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian, which also happens to be a UNESCO world heritage site. The city also benefits from an abundance of museums and galleries.
Hvar
Hvar, also known as "the sunshine island" lives up to its name having one of the highest number of hours of sunlight on average in Europe. As a result of this warm climate, gorgeous lavender fields and vineyards are prevalent on the island. The famous Plavac Mali wine is a must try. Apart from its sunny climate and stunning beaches, Hvar is also famed for its spectacular night life.
